Welcome to Grand Bay Preparatory Academy of Success, an early childhood education & development facility founded in 2020 and proudly licensed in 2023. We are a 5-Star program, the highest quality rating awarded by the State of Alabama. We are committed to providing exceptional early childhood education and care rooted in excellence. At Grand Bay Prep, we are dedicated to nurturing young minds and preparing infants, toddlers, and preschoolers for lifelong academic success. Our curriculum introduces children to a rich array of subjects—including science, world cultures, foreign language, art, music, and essential social-emotional skills—laying a strong foundation for future learning. We proudly utilize The Experience Curriculum to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.

Our highly qualified preschool teachers are committed to excellence in early childhood education. Each educator is required to hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or higher and complete extensive annual professional development to remain current in best practices. Our staff receives comprehensive training in child development, health and safety, emergency preparedness, classroom management, and innovative curriculum strategies to ensure that every child receives the hiqhest quality care in a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment.
